Patient M., 39 years old, came to the clinic to replace old dentures and restorations. The peculiarity of this clinical case is that the doctor combined several types of orthopedic structures, taking into account the patient’s refusal to receive implantation in the area of missing teeth. All-ceramic onlays and crowns were fixed on the lateral teeth of the upper jaw, and an all-ceramic bridge was fixed on the front teeth. The teeth of the lower jaw were covered with ceramic crowns and a bridge on the left, the front teeth were restored with composite material. The situation was also aggravated by a decrease in bite height to 1 cm. Thanks to an individual integrated approach to treatment, the clinic doctors managed to achieve high aesthetic and functional results.
